I just wanted to drop you a quick note to thank you for the swift action you must have taken following the receipt of my letter, dated 24th September 2012.
As I alluded to in my previous letter, I had expected my encounter at your border to be unwelcoming, unfriendly, rude and intimidating, and to be rather frank, I was dreading it.

It was then to my surprise that I found my experience crossing the border to be both efficient and without complication and whilst by no means was it a warm welcome it was an easy one.
Either way, I just wanted to thank you for getting this trip off to a positive start.
