The bus to work, as much I may hate it, does serve a useful purpose in exposing me to the unwashed masses and as such a whole host of things which I am sure over time does in fact do wonders for my immune system.
But whilst it might help protect me from the common cold, it cannot begin to prepare my body for the variety of diseases that lie in many parts of the World I plan to visit. And so quite naturally, preparing my body to fight these potentially disabling diseases has been a top priority and today was the last of the many jabs I have had over the last six months. As such, I am now protected against Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Diphtheria, Tetanus, Typhoid, Meningitis C, Polio, Rabies, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Japanese Encephalitis; and Yellow Fever.
